Unfortunately no pics are allowed inside the museum but it was an amazing experience.

After the museum we met up with our pen pals and they introduced us to Monjayaki. It’s Tokyo’s version of Okonomiyaki. It looks like a mess but it is tasty.


At the end of the giant Buddah park there is a Walnuts Garden.

Giant Daibutstu

On the second day of our last week in Tokyo we took a train out to a small town named Ami.

We met up with our pen pal Naomi and she took us on a tour of this giant daibutsu ( giant Buddah ) It is the largest statue in the world.
